Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

• Wrong item delivered
• Manufacturing defect
• Missing product in shipment
Customers must report issues within 12–24 hours of delivery.
Refund Process
• Customers may be required to share product photos/videos for verification.
• Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be applicable for:
• Used or opened products
• Physically damaged items after delivery
• Customized products
• Products with tampered packaging
• Sale or promotional items unless defective
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the error occurred from our side.
