Order Cancellation
• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
• To request a cancellation, customers must contact us at thrift_trucount@yahoo.co.in as soon as possible.
• Once the order has been shipped or dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Cancellation Approval
• Approved cancellations will be processed within 3–7 working days.
• Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method.
Non-Cancellable Orders
The following orders may not be eligible for cancellation:
• Customized or special-order products
• Bulk or business orders already processed
• Orders already packed or dispatched
